What kind of support do you offer?
There are two options for support:
Unmanaged - You manage your server on your own.
This option includes remote reboot of your server in case it crashes, as well as hardware part replacement in case of failure.
Fully Managed - This option is optional and carries an additional monthly charge. In addition to remote reboot services,
we manage your server for you, including installing and customizing your server's software on request via our ticket system.
